2) Suspicious Ads: We maintain the right to verify any and all classified ads placed on to our website for suspicions of a possible scam. If we can not verify the information you provided including the contact information and the Classified Ad Creator form information is accurate, we will cancel the ad with no refund.
3) All pictures posted or modified by us will be compressed to our chosen size.
4) All pictures will be displayed as submitted to us by you. We reserve the right to display any and all submitted pictures at smaller or larger sizes, based on how we want our website to look.
5) We do not guarantee 100% up-time of our website. If any technical problem(s), i.e. our web host is having a technical problem(s) and your ad is unable to be displayed for any amount of time, we are not liable for any monetary damages that you may incur as a result of the aforementioned technical problem(s). In the event such a problem should occur, we maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to extend your ad ending date. No refunds will be issued or given due to technical problems.
6) We will place your ad in the appropriate year, make and model category based on the information you provide regarding its appropriate location/place.
7) You assume all possible risk associated with placing your personal information within the ad(s) you have placed on to our website.

9) We make no guarantee as to how many people will view/see your ad.
10) We make no guarantee that your item will sell because you displayed an ad on to our website.

15) We maintain the complete right to delete or modify any ad(s) which we determine are not related to this site, or have been cross-posted, or when any field post length is too long (as determined by us), or deliberately posted in the wrong category.
16) ANY hyper-links or URLs posted with your ad are subject to removal, without notice to you. This shall include, but is not limited to, ads with hyper-inks or URLs posted within them that solicit sales and/or business and/or are posted for the purpose of creating traffic to any other website or server.
17) Any and all photographs posted to our website become our sole property.
18) Any and all photos that contain any picture of a person or persons may be removed from the classified ad listing at our sole discretion.
19) Your account and ad is valid from your sign-up/ purchase date, not the posting date.
20) All classified ads listed as “until sold” shall remain on our website for a maximum of six months. You (User) must notify us at the end of your six-months whether or not your vehicle has been sold. It is the responsibility of the classified ad poster to contact us and let us know if the vehicle has not sold. If no notification is made to us by the classified ad poster, we maintain the right to remove said ad without notice to the classified ad poster.
21) Sometimes we are contacted by other companies that may want us to give out your email address; we will never give away your email address. However, this does not remove the ability of such an individual or company to use the “contact the seller” link, found on your posted ad, to contact you. When you respond to an email the person you are responding to will see your email address unless you block them from seeing your email address. We may give permission to said company or individual to use the “contact the seller” link to contact you, only if we believe it could help you sell your vehicle. Please note: if someone uses the “contact the seller” link, your email address is seen by all whom you have contacted. The only way anyone will get your email address is if you choose to respond to contact them.
22) Any violation of our terms shall result in the cancellation of your account. This will affect your account access to add, add to, modify or delete your classified advertisement, though your ad may or may not remain on our website. We maintain all rights to decide if your ad will be kept on our website.
23) Feature Ad: We utilize an automated computer program which will cycle your ad from the front page (home page) to the Feature Ad page on a random basis. We make no guarantee as to when your ad will be placed (cycled) on to our Home page. A feature ad will only be placed on either the home page or the feature ad page at any one time; no ad will be on both pages at the same time.
