You remember that first car your Dad owned it was a 1954
Ford Mainline. The reason you remember it so well is because one day you
were playing in the car and bumped the three-speed on the column gear shift
and the car started to roll down the steep driveway and across the street,
up the curb to come to rest on the neighbors front walk. You remember this
so well for the spanking you received immediately after. But all of that
didn't diminish the beauty of the 1954 Ford. It sure would be great to own
one.
You are grown now and Dad is in his eighties, and he is still talking about
his favorite car, that one he never owned, it was a 1956 Ford Victoria
Hardtop, with continental kit. You think to yourself, I wish I could find

a 1971 Ford Mustang Mach1, a 1972 Ford Galaxie, a 1972 Pontiac
Catalina......you think to yourself boy I wish I had kept all those cars.
